I should thank you for making such wonderful art and tuts about GIMP! Btw have you tried 2.5 lately? I was wondering if I should try it if it's decently stable.

Yes, I've tried 2.5, I made a small preview of it here: [link] .

It has many promising features, but at this time I wouldn't recommend it for regular work, it's still a lot slower than 2.4l and some things are stll very experimental and prone to crashes.
